Tribunal was created by Caz1
Hi guy’s
I just wanted to give some of you hope and patience
I was on standard for both daily living and mobility since 2016, in September 21 I phoned DWP to tell them my mobility had got worse
They decided to stop the daily living altogether and kept me on standard for mobility
I decided to go to a tribunal, the DWP make you feel as though as though you are lying
I had my tribunal this afternoon, the judge said they have read through everything and they just asked few questions
I was awarded enhanced for both daily living and mobility and backdated to September 2021, I wasn’t expecting the award that I got
So although it might seem impossible try and carry on and hopefully you will get a good outcome
Good luck

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Caz1
That is really terrific news, well done for not giving up and congratulations. Thank you for your post, it will encourage fellow members not to give up if they believe they have not been awarded the correct rate.
I am tagging my reply so that the back office also get to read your encouraging post.

Hi Caz1,
It's a big well done from me too! Perseverance is hard, but if you can stick with it a tribunal win brings a lot of satisfaction!
