ESA permitted work was created by Xyz
Bi i am doing esa permitted work and its only allowed for one year. I previously tried permitted work a few years prior maybe in 2018 im not sure exactly. If i quit doing permitted work, to avoid going onto UC, then how soon again, if atall, am i allowed to do permitted work again? Im planning on doing it for a year and the year ends in february.
Many thanks.

Hi Xyz
As far as I am aware, there is no time limit on how long you do permitted work
www.gov.uk/government/publications/emplo...itted-work-factsheet
I would advise you to seek advice from your local Welfre Rights Organisation; advicelocal.uk .

There used to be a 52 week limit for PW for claimants in the WRAG, the Support Group is unlimited, however, this limit was removed a couple of years ago and now the WRAG, as Gary has posted, is also ulimited.
