" In some cases, you may be entitled to more Pension Credit if you get Personal Independence Payment for example, if you qualify for the extra amount for severe disability Pip " ........ Has anyone else had this on a estimate of what you may be entitled too coming up at £67.00 week

I get Pip both highest £92.40 and £64.50
State pension £ 185.15 week

Welcome to the forum.

To answer your question, if you are in receipt of the daily living component of PIP and no one claims Carers Allowance for you then if you are eligible for Guarantee Pension Credit (GPC) you would be eligible for an extra premium called a severe disability premium (SDP) (£69.40 pw) if your partner is also in receipt of a qualifying benefit then you may be eligible to 2 x SDP = £138.80 pw

Many elderly claimants do not claim GPC, I do come across them quite frequently and it is an easy win, I saw two claimants last week who had missed out, one of them had missed out for the last 3 years.

If you are in doubt, contact your Welfare Rights Organisation for a benefits check.
