I have a nephew whos 11 with severe autism.
his mother wants to apply for a disapibility badge and mobility car and currently in receipt of DLA.
can someone steer us the correct way.

Blue Badges are issued by local authorities - so your sister will find information on her local site. Different authorities are slightly different.
She can find out about a car and eligibility from the Motability website www.motability.co.uk/

To apply for the Motability car, you need to be in receipt of the High rate mobility component of DLA.
