Sleep Apnia, Asthma and Ulner Nerve syndrom was created by shocksl
So I have sleep apenia which requires CPAP machine at nights. during the days Im very tired and have migrains due to lack of oxygen and restless sleeps. ALso I suffer from asthma and take 2 inhalers. not long ago had a fall cus i was tired during the day and broke my nose in my house,. recently had a septorhinoplasty to fix my nose through NHS again
Currently seeing physio for pain in my in my fingers and hands arm due to ulner nerve entrapment which has been going on for some time. make gripping hard and loss of power.
For a couple of yers Ive also had shoulder propblems which isee physio through NHS regularly,(rotator cuff impingment). ALso have regular medication through my doctors for pain relief.
Ive also had depression and anxiety issues spanning four years. Im on medication for both.
Do I have a case for PIP or not and what grounds will it be? and what level if any?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi shocksl
When applying for PIP, it is not so much the condition per se that the DWP is interested in, but how that condition/s impacts a claimant's daily life and mobility as set out in the PIP criteria. We are not assessors or medical professionals, so cannot give a view on what you will get and at what level. Two people can have identical conditions but be given different awards.
Our guide to PIP claims and reviews goes through each question highlighting important issues that you need to consider in your answers and giving some sample answers. You certainly have medical issues similar to other claimants who have successfully applied for PIP. (There are just no guarantees). benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip
