choosing not to renew pip

Hi

Wondering what is likely to happen if I chose not to return my renewal form? Aware the pip payments will stop clearly but will that be the end if it? Or will the DWP want to know why? Financial situation has changed significantly and the whole thing makes me physically unwell with the stress so I just dont want to deal with it.

I was looking at the form much too late at night and everything seemed bleak but I will be returning it. Dont try and write pip reviews with no sleep is the lesson
