My DLA appeal has been adjourned, for medical evidence, which I have sent to tribunal. I didn’t ask for hrc or hrm,but the judge said are you going for hrm,I felt flustered and replied yes.DWP officer attended,he just asked if son has diagnosis of asd.He is on pathway.Judge advised I get a representative to bring my case together. Now when I log on tribunal tracking it has changed and says updates not available at the moment, could this mean they might change their mind? I can’t find out what this procedure is.I’m worried I have made a mess of it and my anxiety is through the roof. Can anyone shed any light on this? I don’t have a new date yet,but judge said it won’t be long as they are not overly busy.
I'm sorry, but the only people who can tell you what's going on is the Tribunals Service. Generally, they are very helpful. I know it's not easy when you're feeling anxious, but if you need an update, call them.
