I’m not sure what I need to do regarding working tax credit

My appeal at tribunal on the 17th November was upheld I got enhanced for daily living and mobility

I phoned HMRC to tell them that I am now on enhanced after going to tribunal, I said I started the claim on 2nd September 2021, they said I had 1 month from November 27th to get my statement of entitlement to them

I phoned DWP to ask about my claim they said there was a name against it so it has been allocated to someone

What do I do if I don’t get my statement of entitlement in time to send to the HMRC, I would be losing over a years back pay, which is a large amount of money to lose

I don’t really know what to do now or who to contact about it, you get the same answer when you phone, they say it’s been dealt with

I don’t want to lose this money can anyone help please, thank you, a week has already passed

There was an amount of money put in my bank yesterday, not all of it but some, I will phone on Monday to find out what it’s for, thanks Gary
