Back pay

Hi,
I have recently had my appeal at tribunal and I was awarded enhanced for both my mobility and daily living

2 weeks later. (Which is now 4th Dec), I had an amount of money put in my bank account, I haven’t had any letter though and, the back pay is less than what they owe me, I am not sure what this payment is for as I claimed for both awards and won

Do the DWP stagger the pay that they owe you, do they eventually pay it all back, mine is from September 2021, so I am owed quite a bit more

When I called PIP the other day they asked if I'd be OK to have a large sum of money in one go or if I'd find it too overwhelming and would like it in smaller payments. It could be that. Have you called them?
