I was unlucky to receive both my PIP award review and ESA review within a week. PIP review posted this morning so now onto ESA review.

Its 3 years since it was awarded and I don't think the substantial risk option dates back that far. Do I mention it in my review form or is it only something that can be done under a mandatory reconsideration or appeal.

Mention the substantial risk on your review form.
