You can claim ESA/UC without diagnosis and without medical evidence but whether you would be successful would depend on how you completed the form and how your assessment went.

We couldn't. They love a paper trail so get working on getting that together, ie; letters from consultants if you have any, if not then start making doctors appointments so you can get a referral to consultants. Because we found without those paper trails we didn't have a hope in hell of ever getting anything. It does mean you have to put the effort in.
