I hope everyone is as well as they possibly can be. I am sorry, but I have asked this question before, but sadly did not receive a reply.
I have spent ages trying to find a copy of the very latest PIP Review form, as my husband is due for his review early next year, and I really do want an idea of the questions that will be asked. I have found a specimen form, it is dated at the bottom of the pages as June 2018. But I have no idea if this is the very latest one. I would be most grateful if someone who has recently completed a PIP review form, would be kind enough to let me know the date on the bottom of their form.
