Hi
I have had staff at uc and disability advisor. I have historically asked reasonable adjustments for appointment by phone is it reasonable for them to avoid answering such as ' you're here now' when requesting by journal I have a fit note is it mandatory to come to meeting if it's harmful to my mental health and they dodge the question. Can I make a complaint? I have also historically been failed to be referred to right services for help or payments that are supposed to be given in emergency same day. I believe they have targeted me this way on purpose with indirect and direct discrimination. I want to make sure it doesn't happen to others I believe it's probably why a lot of people commit suicide. Also leading questions and telling people they was where they was and giving inappropriate medical advice for issues they have clearly never had to minimise disability when people state repeatedly they are not fit for work. Surely chronic failure over 4 years is evidence of abuse?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Findfixflogit
Your question is outside the remit of this forum, I would advise you to seek advice from your local Welfare Rights Organisation; you can find your local Welfare Rights Organisation to help you with advice by clicking on the link below and putting in your post code, it will then come up with a MAP with a list of agencies. advicelocal.uk
Have you asked DWP to mark you as vulnerable on your file, they can add a sticky lable so when your file comes up the sticky lable is on the front page.
