Disability Assessors £35-£40,000 Free Private Healthcare was created by jan777
Job advertisements for Disability Services assessors are being advertised all over various job sites.
£35-£40,000 pa
Bonuses £3,500
Increase of £1000 after 6 months & a further £1000 after 12 months.
No weekends or evenings
All 8 bank holidays off
PRIVATE HEALTHCARE
FREE DENTAL CARE FOR ENTIRE FAMILIES
CHILDCARE VOUCHERS ETC …
The qualifications required by Atos and Capita are the qualifications earned from training through our NHS system.. I don’t think the qualifications should be portable outside the NHS unless all the bursaries and student loans have been paid back in FULL !

Thanks for that, very interesting.
Agree with what you said about repayments before being able to apply. I’d be interested to know the criteria for bonus payments. It’s long been vaunted that assessors don’t get bonuses but here we have it in print. Why should assessors receive private healthcare when they’re training and suitability is NHS based ? It’s the two tier system again. Very disappointed.

They get bonuses for doing more assessments per day/week/month not for failing claims!

Hi,
I`m sorry, but why should they not receive private medical care? I used to work for a global company who offered private medical care as one of their benefit choices.
I find the OP to be not very clear, so I may have missed something.
Andy.

I wouldn't want the 'mental health nurse' who did our daughter' last F2F working in mental health with any patient, as he simply lacked the intellect to understand straightforward answers to his questions. He didn't 'get' the mental health aspects of her claim and had no clue at all about the physical ones. Goodness knows had he passed any qualifications? I can't help feeling that "those who 'can,' do [NHS jobs] and many of those who 'can't,' become assessors" !

Believe the point is around receiving NHS training and bursaries etc from the NHS budget, then making further capital from working as an assessor. Private companies are just that and responsible to their private shareholders/owners.
