Document bundles in electronic format - is it an option?

Has anyone been issued their document bundle for a hearing in electronic format?

At the start of January I attended an (in person) appeal hearing and the panel mentioned their receiving the document bundle in an electronic format.

Seeing things get lost along the way -- though paper is great -- having the electronic version of the document bundle to hand would be useful, as a reference, more so as you have (usually) up to a week prior to the hearing to have the Clerk add any new or missing evidence for the Tribunal panel to consider. So I wondered if it was an option.

Hi Tony

I've not heard of anyone receiving their bundle in an electronic format - and I don't know if it is even possible to request it. Let's see if anyone else knows.

I'm guessing it's not.

But if anyone else agrees that the option to have access to the bundle in an electronic format would be useful - I'll ask if it can be made so.

Hi Tony

You need to contact and ask, I had a tribunal hearing a few months ago, I did not receive the bundle of documents, my admin assistant made enquiries and it was emailed to me in time for the hearing.

The hearing was a telephone hearing.
