Hi im new to the site and joined and paid yesterday but I'm not able to download anything only the pink page link of 'sample pages from the Feb 2022 version of our PIP claims guide'.
I'm unable to click (doesn't come up as a link just a header) on diary templates, 137 page PIP guide or PIP GP notes and more to download them. What am I doing wrong?
I notice while browsing it says about joining the site so that I can download items, as if I'm not joined (I'm logged in). What could be the problem?

Sorry to hear of your trouble accessing information. Try logging out of B&W, clearing your browser history, and turning your computer/laptop off and back on before logging in again.
