How will I be reviewed? I’m 74 and need more help than when last reviewed in 2018. My last one was face to face and it made me worry as I’m not good with meeting people. Thank you
I would be very surprised if you were asked to attend a face-to-face assessment, as they are still not being done across the country after the lockdown. When you get a review form, you can always put in a request for the type of assessment you would like and ask for a paper-based assessment or a telephone assessment. They may not agree, but you can always appeal, if you don't like the assessment type.
