PIP REVIEW FORM was created by David
Hi to all members, can anyone help me please? On the PIP Review form ..... can I just add no changes to each topic and a summary at back with reports? I mean like less information to process? If that makes sense, please help me as i need simple honest advice thanks.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Daviddcdd1
Welcome to the forum.
You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum
You can add no change to each topic but we do not recommend it. We would advise you to treat the PIP review form as if it was a new claims form, if you kept a copy of your original form then use that as a template.
If your condition has deteriorated or improve then explain what has changed, remember the person who is looking at your form does not know you, it you just tick no change then you may be under stating your condition.
