Hi all,

Just a question re WCA tribunal next month, over the phone. I am only disputing one descriptor - communicating (for hearing loss).

Does anyone know if they will go over all of the descriptors? Or just the one being challenged? Also any ideas how long this will last?

Any thoughts appreciated.

Hi Tina

The role of a Tribunal is to look at a claim impartially, we can not tell you how the proceedings will go as we do not know your case.

Did you put in a submission? If you did, did you state what you were disputing and why?

Did you send in medical evidence in regards to your hearing loss?
