Finally my PIP award!! was created by Maria Hagen
I hope that this news may give people still waiting some encouragement. After waiting for 80 weeks for my assessment.
I have my new PIP award. I have gone from Daily living standard only to enhanced daily and mobility.
This has been backdated to 20th July 2021, so I have a very welcome lump sum on its way. Thanks to Benefits and work for the guides which aided me in completing my review forms. Also a big thank you to the moderators on this forum, for their help over what has been a really stressful time.

You have shown me that ot is good to persist and not be scared off. 80 weeks is a real sign of persistence!

I am glad you will be receiving a very healthy backpayment. You deserve it.

Well done Maria for being persistent.

I have just beaten youI did an out of time appeal last year, the actual claim was in 2019 but what with delays the Tribunal was to be heard last week, DWP looked at the claim a week before the Tribunal and decided to revise their award to what we were hoping for, enhanced daily living and standard mobility.

Now checking to see if they were in receipt of IR ESA, if they were, quids in .... :)
