Hi Tilly

It's a standard letter that you have received - not a reflection on the papers you have already sent in. You always want to check the bundle of paper you receive - we have had a couple of members who have received their papers and someone else's. Also they may not have included something that you think is vital. If anything is missing that's when you contact the Tribunal Services.

I have now received the DWP response to my appeal, basically they have used the PIP assessment report as their source and have said they uphold their decision of no award. I have challenged the PIP assessment via a submission which they have ignored, I have found a a comment in their response that states Financial information taken from the HMRC system indicates that I am currently working and the Tribunal may wish to look into this further. I am not working I finished in 2020 because of my health, I receive a pension from LG as I accessed it early so I am assuming this is what they are referring to. I also noticed none of my recent medical evidence is in the bundle but it could have gone in after they wrote their response can I respond regarding the comment re working and the missing medical evidence.

Hi Tilly

You can write to the Tribunal Services challenging the information that has been sent in and list the information that is missing.
