Hi Perdita,
I would suggest you refer to ALL disputed activities. Dont worry that you haven't got any corroboration, ie separate medical report on this. Your own evidence either in a written statement or orally if you get to tribunal is perfectly valid, and indeed many tribunals are won on a basic medical report and the evidence if the claimant alone. Remember eg a friend or carer can give evidence too.
The law is very clear- corroboration is not required. (Criminal cases and some civil cases might require this but not the tribunal.)
Yes, you may well have a strong case on some descriptors, but you can never be sure where you will won your points. Argue all descriptors. This is also important because it completes the story. If for example you have anxiety it may be clear that you struggle to engage with people, and can't undertake journeys, due to overwhelming psychological distress these are potentially high scoring descriptors, but eg if the anxiety causes you problems with cooking food in a way that is less obvious argue it. It will show that the anxiety affects several areas of your daily activities, and might just get you your PIP award or enough points to get an enhanced one!
I hope this helps.
