Does anyone have any information on the above . I have asked for a review of my DLA and I am being transferred to the Scottish system but I know nowt as they say . Is it the same application form ? any information greatly received .
The layout of the form is different from the PIP2 but stills asks the same questions, the assessment criteria is the same as PIP so our Claim guide can still be used.
