After reading about the challenges of the online application, I intend to insist on a paper one. If they argue I will insist it is a legally required disability adjustment as I could not cope with the online method.
Anyone else tried this?

Hello Denby.

Personally I like the online submission option. It is just the formatting that lets it down but the advantage of the online PIP2 form application is that is is sent as soon as you click submit and you do not have to wait for the form to be posted by Royal Mail and the chances of it getting lost by Royal Mail or in the DWP sorting office. Also you can send further evidence online before or after your assesment and before a descision is made and it gets sent straight to your account again without delay of postage. If anyone does an online PIP claim submission then it is strongly advised to save your form when you have that option because you cannot download a copy after it has been submitted but you can still send further evidence.

Kind Regards
Waxwing
