Hello, I recently moved and duly informed the DWP of my change of address and requested a letter of confirmation which I received. The letter from PIP stated that my claim was "Ongoing" where previously I had a ten year award that expires in 2027. What does the term Ongoing mean? Kind regards.
If you have received an 'ongoing' award and there was not a specific date on your letter you can expect it to be at the ten-year mark.
It has been stated that those with ongoing conditions will receive a 'light touch review' - however, no details have yet been published about what exactly that means.
