Hi Anita
We don't know you or your case, so we can't tell you what a panel will think about what you have written in your papers compared to how you may appear at the Tribunal. It is the panel's job to see whether, in their view, you meet the PIP criteria or not. They have your papers, and you will have the chance to speak. Plenty of people appear different in an unfamiliar context, and you'll have the chance to say this if need be.
Only you can decide if you want to go through with the Tribunal and whether you want to put yourself through the inevitable stress it will cause, but if it were me, I wouldn't pull out on the word of one person.
