text from pip??

hi, i have recently received a text message from a number that came up as PIP, no number info, no details just saying they are conducting an assessment, Despite me going through this trauma just 8 months ago, there is a link www.mypipassessment.co.uk, i have not clicked on the link as i do not trust this & just want to warn other members.

Do you know if its genuine?? the link sends you to a new website Called INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT SERVICES, no mention of my name or any ID, SENDING MY ANXIETY INTO OVERDRIVE

is this yet another company mopping up the government mess????? has anyone else had this message. There is no info when you click on the sender, it just says PIP - not good, its worse than the brown envelope

Do not respond to text/sms messages. only if contacted by official DWP letters to your home/address, or you are expecting a pre-arranged phone call

never ever do marketing or surveys' it is not in anybody's interest to help what is effectively the enemy.

This may sound harsh but is the simple truth.
