Completing PIP review award booklet

Hi! I have been in receipt of PIP for a number of years. In 2019, the award was refused. As I have a brain tumour,, my husband took it to mandatory reconsideration. It was reinstated at the higher amounts. Not a lot has changed since then really. But having studied your guides, I have put together a comprehensive document based in each of the descriptors. Very detailed in a way that my previous forms weren't. We are thinking now, is that incorrect. Should I just put things are the same, or will that go against me. Thank you in advance.

Hi Gina1

We cannot tell you how to complete your form, as we do not know you or how your condition(s) affect you.

If you have put together a comprehensive document then I would use that, I would also include your award letter.

We recommend that you do not write no change but that you treat a review form as if it was a new claim, any supporting document or extra pages should be numbered and have your name and NINO on each page.
