photographic evidence and supporting letter written by friend or relative

Hello, I wanted to ask about submitting photographic evidence of when my condition is exacerbated. How can I do this as I have a paper review form. Also , I have read that supporting evidence can be a written letter from a relative etc. Any advice on this is very appreciated. Thank you.

I would like to just add an idea with regards to what greekqueen said. The DWP can say that the photos are of anyone or even taken from the internet but if you do a print out in large font of your national insurance number and make sure that it is visable in the photos then they cannot dispute that it is not your photo. Just an idea

Hi, I would think if you wish to submit photographic evidence you will have to get it printed to put in with a paper form. I would try to avoid the disbelief greekqueen wisely mentions as follows. Take/have a friend take photos that show all of you with you face clear enough to show it matches some photo ID that you can also copy and send. Then have further photos that home in progressively on the part affected. I would maybe have a hand-next-to-face close up and the same hand eg next to an affected leg for confirmation. Hope that makes sense.
Ref supporting evidence from a relative, I compiled a diary about her which our daughter was too poorly to do, and it seemed to be given a lot of weight as evidence.
