Despite a furring covid letter stating my PIP ran to 2024 a review came through Last review was an at home face to face which was successful. I have one question about the form which regards permissions to contact other organisations ‘such as your GP’ but the wording is so very very vague. Initially I thought yes, but now just about to post the form I’m changing it to know. The vagueness really seems like they can contact or use any organisation with my data if I tick Yes.
Anyone else come across this or have thoughts, experiences? MrF
You are indeed granting general access to your medical information if you tick the box but the DWP can only contact people they know about and this is most likely to be your GP, and in all honesty it is quite unlikely that they will actually do even this although it does happen, perhaps more now than it did before Covid.
