Courtesy call from IAS? was created by Mason
Hi all, I recieved a call this morning from Independent Assessment Services in advance of my tel asssessment. They were confirming my appt, saying to make sure my phone was charged as it could last up to an hour and that it would come from a private number. Then asked if I would be OK if they called back a couple of weeks after the assessment to see how I felt it went.
Has anyone else experienced this? Made me feel quite anxious - although he was very pleasant!

Hi Mason

It is common practice for IAS to contact claimants before the assessment just to check everything is in place (although not all assessors do it). It's up to you whether you choose to give feedback on the process.
