Tribunal Query was created by lauren
Hi, after a long and gruelling fight I was awarded both lower elements of PIP at Tribunal for x amount of months.

I haven't been given any instructions as to what to do when the time runs out.

Will I have to start a new claim or can I expect a review form nearer the time?

I have tried to find the answers online but havent managed to fine a clear one.Would be so grateful for any information x

Hi lauren

Quite often claimants who win at a tribunal will not be sent a review form before their claim runs out, some claimants will receive a review form or claimants will receive a new claims form.

What you need to do 6 months before your claim ends is contact DWP to see if you will be sent a review form or a new claims form. I usually advise claimants to ask for a review form to see what DWP say, but do not leave it too late to make a claim.
