Received the PA4 from my recent assessment and it looks terrible. If the DWP go by the HPs report, I'll go from Enhanced/Enhanced to Standard/Nil. Apart from specific points to raise, in anticipation of a Mandatory Reconsideration request, I'm also considering a complaint to the HPs regulatory body, citing failures of their code as well as discrimination under the Equality Act. My view is that the HP didn't take into account one of my particular conditions, which has a significant impact on my ability to fully engage in an assessment, and didn't make the necessary adjustments to address this issue. This not only brings into question the HPs professional judgement when being paid by the DWP or assessment provider, but also the DWP procedure itself. Has anyone else had any experience using this approach?
