I thought that might be the case as many people still on dla waiting for transfer to pip may be entitled to more money on pip. my relative is happy to stay on dla on a lesser amount as he is on indefinite award and over 70 now! why can't they give people the choice or transfer them over on similar awards without all the hoo ha? thanks
