Data Breach was created by The Dim Reaper
I am a foster carer for two siblings. The DWP called me about a letter they sent to me. However, this has been sent to someone else. I don't know what they asked or to whom they sent it. Is this a Data breach? I don't want my information of the children's address being sent to previous carers as there were issues, and the children were taken away from them.
Any advice would be appreciated. It was a DLA claim.

How do you know the letter has been sent to someone else rather than not arriving for other reasons? Did the DWP say it had been mis-addressed?

Yes, they did. They told me it 'only' contained my name and address and the child's DOB that they would have known anyway..
