hi i requested a pa4 before i got my pip review decision and was told it would be sent the following day, to reach me in 7-10 days, i left it 13days an was told when i rang again that they don't send them until they have done the decision. has anyone else been told this?
There are other people who have been told this - but the call handler was incorrect. You are allowed to request the report 48 hours after the assessment has taken place. If you can bear it - ring again.
