WHD for 1 person and not another on same benefits

Hello, I’ve always been in receipt of WHD but this year they didn’t apply it although I’m in receipt of Esa IB and Housing benefits. My daughter who’s also disabled gets pip esa IB HB had received hers today. My query is I live in a 2 bed house and she lives in 1 bed flat. We both on same benefits I can’t understand how she got it and I haven’t? As even if they do it by the size of the property now hers is smaller than mine. So confused. Can you shed any light. I phoned my electricity provider and they said unless DWP informs them they could not apply the money into the acct. where as she did the same to her energy co and they said well if she got it previously she should and today her electricity was added by £150 with a email.

After following Gordon's link, I discovered I too was eligible. My energy provider participates in the scheme but it seems the Government has failed to instruct them accordingly.

I'll be making a call to investigate.
