Pip was created by psgaines
Ive been on pip 24 years im 57 with chronic bach pain after working injury. I live in France I took withdrawal Agreement and have S1.
I have breast cancer, just finished radiotherapy and after taking it's toll the day after I decided to return to UK to see my son to recuperate. After a month the huge rad burn I had, wasn't yet healed and I was feeling absolutely exhausted, so we extended our stay to 2 months.
But what I didnt know was that DWP had sent out early my renewal for pip and it arrived one week after I left. So when I arrived back it was way to late. I did phone and explain, and he did promise that if I filled it in straight away and send it from france, which at best could take a good week. Then they reinstall the pip. I dont know how true this is, or if it can be done, but im not loosing pip, im struggling, I should of phoned them to tell them. I just didnt think of them.
Thanks for reading.

Hi psgaines

I am not sure what you are asking for.

Did you keep a copy of your original application, if you did then use that as a template and update the review form with any changes in your condition.

When you return your review form send in a covering letter, quoting what the telephone handler stated to you.

Try and send the form by recorded delivery plus any supporting documents, don't forget to add your name and NI number to any additional page/supporting document and page number.
