A friend has had a face to face appeal but has been told the judge would make a decision today and let her know by post. Is this normal and is it a good or bad thing that she wasn't told today. When I appealed I was told there and then Thanks
Hi Freddiesgranny, Yes this is totally normal. Sometimes it takes a while to finish the deliberations and then it takes another few minutes to type up the decision notice. I think it is just a question of waiting for the post. Fingers crossed. LL26
