Pip phone assessment

I have a phone appointment for pip assessment renewal tomorrow, my anxiety is really bad wondering what they are going to ask, has anyone had phone appointment lately

Mine was at the end of Feb and went ok. The nurse was friendly but l tried to keep focused on what l needed to tell her. I had read the guide on here (really useful ) & had the word "reliably" in my head all day. My other phrase was "This is because..." Even if l answered a question with a yes or no l tried to give a "because" reason. For example l was asked can l walk around my house? I said yes, in stages & this is because my house is small, there are no stairs and l can hold onto furniture and sit whenever l need to.
My assessor kept pretty much to the pip descriptors but did ask them out of order. I've heard people asked some odd questions and l personally would be tempted to politely enquire how something past/random is related to my current health. If they can tell you, then answer.
Good luck, talk a lot, give reasons and use words safely & reliably wherever they are appropriate.
