Pip Phone Line - Line Dead or Engaged

I just tried to call the PIP Phone line 4 times. After going through the voice system 4 times, the first time the line went dead after choosing the selection and then the other times it was engaged and just went beep, beep, beep... engaged tone.

Is anyone else experienced this? IS there an online portal?

I'm afraid there is no online portal.

Try ringing earlier 8am-9am is supposed to be a good time.

Something similar happened to me when I rang. I put all my details in as promoted, & then it cut me off. After 3 attempts I just ignored all the questions & held on until someone answered the phone. I thought the idea of giving all your details was so they they’d deal with you quicker. Perhaps it’s to put us off calling.
