Hi, I was just looking at the forum & came across a post where (apologies if I’ve got it wrong, it happens a lot) Gordon said that a member could email DWP with further evidence. Could anyone tell me what this email is please? This would be far easier than sending all our personal stuff in the post & worrying whether or not it’s arrived … Thanks.
The only way to email anything is to speak to the DWP first and in a few cases people have been allowed to email. This is not a standard practice which is why no email is advertised. They don't want the system to be flooded with viruses and whatever.
