ESA ,LOST ALL MY PAPERWORK,

Last assesment ,,after sending lots of evidence ,consultants ,docters letters .I was stressed filling form in, ESA lost it all,I only knew this as dwp stopped my payment ,saying I didn't send form back ,anyhow ,rang dwp had ESA recorded delivery and had a signature so the dwP paid me ,unfortunately now ,I have no documentation of what I wrote ,with my new change in circumstances, I've got a review ,form, do you think the dwp ,are the ESA would have a copy of my original document should I ring them to ask them not sure , when I went for my face to face, ,the assesor didn't know anything ,about me ,or my conditions , then I had to have a mr to put me back in support group ,stressful none of this was my fault any advice would be much appreciated thank you
