Pip review return form was created by debbiesixtysix1
My pip award is due to run out on 9 December 2023 after a paper assessment 3 year award.
I received my new pip review form and it is due to be returned by 5 May.
I completed it and returned it last Monday 17 April with the free post 2nd class envelope but I paid extra for the signed for at the post office. So all in plenty of time. When I looked up the tracking it had arrived the very next day Tuesday 18 April. That would have given me extra time to complete the form…

It is better to be safe than sorry.
One never knows when a form will be delivered, as you state debbiesixtysix1 for peace of mind it is prudent to pay extra for the signed for at the post office.
Remember to always to make a copy of the form and any supporting documents, it is advisable not to send any original documents as you will not get them back.

I today heard back from DWP. My PIP awards have been extended for a further 4 years and remain at Standard awards for both, Paper based so no assessment….I’m so happy …

That really is terrific news, congratulations and well done. You can now have a well deserved rest. Even though your award has been extended for 4 years, they may send you a review form after 3 years.
You can now sit back and relax for at least 3 years, so enjoy
