www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum You sound like you are panicking, as you have not yet had an assessment start making notes on what you want to say to the assessor on how your condition is and how it affects you, remember for the DWP to take any notice of a condition, you have to have it for 3 months going forward for 9 months or more.
I would not mention that your condition has got worse since you completed the review form as they are assessing you as you are now, you may want to say that your condition has deteriorated since your last assessment.
DWP can make a paper assessment on what documents you sent in, but this is quite rare.
