Hi could please help me understand what the new rules by Jeremy hunt applies to me am on lcwra and pip do this new rules apply to me I have a lot of disabilities like having only 20% of my hearing tremor in my hands, sciatica in my legs which I had them crushed I have bulging disk in my neck my feet and toes keep going black if I don’t elevate my legs for the day with a lot of fluid building up in my legs and on my ankles and diabetes 2 clinical depression and anxiety and I have lot more going on so will this new rules apply to me because there’s no chance of me going me out of my bungalow also I have a very bad history of falling thanks
There are no changes that you need to worry about at the moment, all that happened was a White Paper was issued there have been no changes to any benefits as a result.
If changes are made and that is not certain they will not happen for at least two years and we will not know the details until then.
