Hi, I’m my last message I meant to ask the following. If I apply for the mobility part is this the only part I complete. I am awarded pip for care . Just wanted to check if you need to complete the whole book . Or do I ignore the Care section and complete the mobility. Sorry to go over this again.
You will need to complete all the sections on the form, if you kept a copy of your previous form use it as a template if nothing has changed for the first 10 questions but then add what has changed for the last two questions (11 + 12).
Do not ignore the care section.
