I have sent a submission along with statements from my family dealing the help they provide and medical records and a letter from my GP all confirm my medical conditions and the GP letter states I have difficulty walking also breathlessness, fatigue and ongoing falls I had a response from DWP to my appeal which is basically upholding the Health Professional report which is not accurate and I have detailed this in my submission. However DWP has sent a further response to my medical evidence and GP letter saying the evidence has no effect on the submission. I believe this evidence is relevant, should I write again the the tribunal service or wait for the appeal hearing it just seems everything I say is not believed and I feel exhausted by it all. Tilly
Remember, the DWP is an equal partner with you for the appeal, they can say what they want the Tribunal panel, which usually has a far more open mind to the evidence presented by the claimant to decide what merit it has.
Personally, I would avoid getting into a slinging match with the DWP during the submission stage you won't really be adding anything to what you have already said.
