Grateful for any advice.
My Daughters review for PIP was sent back in October. Had confirmation to say that DWP had received it. Award coming to an end 10/5/23 still not received decision. Should I get in touch or leave it? Thank you

You need to get hold of them ASAP and find out whether they have given your daughter an extension.

I contacted the DWP and they said that she will need an assessment and Capita will be in touch to arrange. Still waiting - I'm worried - will the payments stop - award ends 10th June 2023?

I'm sorry, but you need to ring them back and ask what happens to her payments and whether or not they are going to stop. If you haven't got a firm agreement that her award continues at least until she has had her assessment and decision - there's a good chance she will be left with no money. They are the only people who can tell you one way or the other.

The Telephone assessment date has arrived this morning. Award ends on the 10th June and assessment date is 16th June. Will give them a ring in relation to payments etc. Thank You
