What to do before Pip decision

What to do before Pip decision was created by Bella
Hello, I applied online for pip for the first time end March 2023.

I had a two hours telephone assessment last Friday, end May 2023 and requested a copy of the assessors report on Tuesday because of the bank holiday.
The DWP lady said she would ask a colleague to send it by post and it would take up to 8 to 10 days to arrive. She said they don't send it by email.
Please confirm if I can trust this information or should I call DWP again to confirm they got my request.

I am starting to prepare myself in case I need to do a MR because I don't know when this report will arrive.
I would like to know:

1. Can I still upload documents after the telephone assessment to be used as evidence for the decision maker?
I have a health professional letter and GP summary that I didn't have before. I'm not sure if I understood the sentence below from your manual correctly:

"If you wish, you can also send copies to the DWP office dealing with your claim, so that you can be
reasonably sure that they are put in front of the decision maker as well."

2. If I still can send evidence, and as the online form compress our answers in just one block paragraph, could I upload my answers Q3 to Q14 in PDF to make it easy for the decision maker to read please?

Thank you for your help.

Hi Isabela

The information the call handler gave you was correct. If you haven't received the form after ten days - I would ring again.

I have not used the online system - so I can't answer your question about whether you can upload information. You can post additional information and address it to the "Decision Maker". You need to do this as soon as possible. The address you send it to will be the last communication you had from the DWP.

Hi
I'm not sure if I can add a similar question to the same thread? I accompanied my daughter to a 2 hour telephone assessment on Tuesday 30th May, I didn't realise I could ask for a copy of her report. Is it possible to do this after the meeting?
Many thanks
Mandy

We do ask members not to add their questions to another member's topic but this is just an admin question so I will provide an answer here.

You should be able to request a copy of the report, a PA4, a couple of days after the assessment by contacting the DWP.
